Nicola is a fully qualified Les Mills Group Fitness Instructor: Body Pump, Body Combat, Body Attack, Body Balance, Body Step and RPM. 

Nicola says: "I have been in the fitness industry for 15 years and the leisure industry for over 20. Graduating from college with a degree in Physical Education and Community Studies set my path for a career in health and fitness. I have been teaching Group Fitness classes at Queenstown Gym since 2006 and became the Group Fitness Coordinator in 2008.

I feel passionate about my work and love how satisfying it is to help people mentally, as well as physically, to reach their goals, and to be able to motivate my clients in a safe, fun environment, such as Group Fitness. 

For me, it's the BEST job in the world!"

Ali is from Australia and moved to Queenstown in 1999.  Married a Kwi guy and now has 3 beautiful boys.  After a two year study, gained a qulification in fashion design and worked in the fashion industry since 1990.  

Ali is very passionate about group fitness, could not live without her classes and feels very lucky to have two amazing jobs in her favourite industries.
