Is the ultimate weight lifting class to music.  You will build strenght, shape and tone your entire body whilst burning calories.

A Typical Class

Your instructor will lead you through a series of Barbell and Hand weight exercises, set against a backdrop of awesome music.

A typical class runs like this:

  1. You'll begin by warming up your body to all the moves that will be used throughout the class.
  2. Using your barbell and free weights you will target multiple muscle greoups using a variety of techniques to develop strength and definition through resistance weighted exercises.
  3. Finally you will get to stretch out all those hard worked muscles.
