A Typical Class

Each CARDIO VIBE class is made up of 30 minutes of simple but challenging exercises to music.

A typical class FLOWS like this

  1. A Typical class will begin with a simple warm-up, introducing the basic aerobic moves used in the class.
  2. The instructor will then take you through more challenging variations of these moves.  Aerobic and combat moves with different levels of cardio impact will challenge you to raise your heatrate.  Using the the rhythm of the music these moves will will be short and fast.
  3. Once all the moves are put together, the final tracks of pumping music will push your cardio training to a higher level, while you challenge yourself to complete the moves to the music.
