Danny is a passionate and dedicated Health and Fitness professional who has recently gained levels 3 and 4 in Personal Training.  Coming from a background of rugby and golf, Danny has long been familiar with what it takes to excel in various sports, representing Otago in both disciplines.  

Since forming a passion for the fitness industry, he then moved his focus to competitive bodybuilding.  Competing in his first show in 2016 at the NZIFBB Auckland Regionals, where he achieved first place.

Combining his wealth of experience and knowledge, Danny believes there is no goal too big or too small and is fully dedicated to helping you achieve yours, whatever they may be!

One of his main strengths is designing both male and female personalised fitness programmes and nutritional meal plans, whether that be for lean muscle gain or weight loss.
