Yoga is a great complimentary workout. Yoga is simply a great way to de-stress, keep you mind quiet and work on the overall function of your body. Each yoga pose has specific physical and mental benefits. On a spiritual level the goal of Yoga is to balance body, mind and spirit. On a physical level the goal Yoga is to lengthen, stretch and strengthen muscles throughout the body.

A typical class Goes like this

  1. Your instructor will choose a focus for the class, be it hamstrings, hip mobility, fluidity, power Yoga, core strength, relaxation, or balance. .
  2. You will be guided through the poses with options given for more advanced students.
  3. Yoga finishes with Savasana or relaxation. You will leave Yoga feeling relaxed and have a sense of accomplishment ready to take on the rest of the day.
